We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong foreign language skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new clients and maintaining long-term partnerships with foreign customers and suppliers. You will act as a key bridge between our company and the target market, contributing to business growth and expanding cooperation opportunities.

1. Responsibilities

– Understand product features, advantages, and operational procedures of the company’s products and services.

– Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term and positive cooperation.

– Identify and develop new customers; work directly with clients to understand needs, provide consultation, and propose appropriate business solutions.

– Conduct market research and analysis to support business strategy development.

– Prepare quotations, business proposals, and provide accurate information on pricing, sales policies, and after-sales services of Company.

– Negotiate, draft, and sign contracts with customers; handle all relevant paperwork and procedures.

– Monitor active contracts, remind relevant parties of expiration dates, and prepare new contracts or liquidation documents when contracts expire or obligations are fulfilled.

– Carry out purchasing activities, search for and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and monitor delivery progress to ensure product quality, quantity, and delivery timelines meet requirements.

– Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

– Track revenue and receivables; ensure timely collection and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer status, and business effectiveness.

– Report work progress, provide market updates and propose solutions to management on a regular basis or upon request.

2. Reporting Line

– Report directly to the General Director and the Board of Members.

3. Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

– At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

– Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) or English – both spoken and written.

– Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

– Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

– Be enthusiastic, attentive, careful, detail-oriented, observant, have a growth-oriented mindset, and able to work well under pressure.
